Forms System

• New form system lets you create custom forms that can be sent to families
• Add any kind of question you’d like; with support for things like dates, numbers, select (choose an option), checkboxes, text, and paragraph inputs
• Fill out a form on a family member’s behalf, or send them the form to fill out (they will receive an email with a link)
• Form submissions can easily be viewed in a table or inspected
• You can also view the form submissions of a specific family or send them forms right from
• Forms can be accessed either from the new forms screen (in the sidebar)
